What is there to say about 'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim'?
First off, this piece of art is one of those games that really sucks you up. It can be 23:00 when you start playing and after what feels like 10 minutes it's actually 1:00. The grassy planes around Whiterun, the mountains in the Reach, the swamps in the Rift and the snowy tundras of Winterhold will make you want to quit real life and just live in Skyrim for the rest of your mortal life.
But beware adventurer! The province of Skyrim isn't all fun and games. It may appear to be a peaceful place, but once you enter the deep caves or get lost in one of the treacherous swamps you will see it's true face. For Skyrim isn't just the home of the Nords, but also that of many dangerous predators. There are the Draugrs, who live in the many tombs under the face of the earth and will attempt to kill you if you enter their final resting place. Or the frostbite spiders, who will attack you with their poisonous webs once you're close enough.
The most famous predator in Skyrim would perhaps be the dragons, who are returning to Skyrim. It is your goal as the 'dragonborn' to put an end to this. Though you speak their language, which offers many advantages, they will not think twice about attacking you.
Skyrim offers many options, like talking and helping out the townspeople, other adventurers or complete strangers as sidequests.
When you're not busy with the main storyline or these sidequests you'll find out the province of Skyrim has alot more to offer. Roaming around Skyrim will make you realize how big it actually is. However, make sure you are prepared before entering the wilderness because as I said before, many predators will attempt to put an end to your life.
The $19,99 you pay for this game is a very fair deal when you consider how much time alot people put in it.
I hope this review convinced you to buy this masterpiece.
