I don't beleive they have updated it since the legenday edition was released have they...?
They will still come out with patches to fix issues.
Fallout 3 did. It was a small one. Fixed a small issue that crept up just before release. It was included with the download.
Morrowind did too, though it was also included with the Steam version as the game had already been out long before Steam.
That is still a patch and changes the version.
Added content, no. Except for mods.
Not all GOTY editions are like that though. Some keep releaseing new content, just not usualy this Publisher.
