Walking on objects makes them fly/bounce off me

I have search everywhere, but not found a solution for my particular problem.

This is the problem:
When i walk on/touch a non-static or non NPC object, the object bounces/flies away.
If i push the object(Bucket, Kettle or Cart, etc.) towards a wall, it keeps bouncing between me and the wall until i die.

This might be relevant:
  • Windows 8(I have a friend running W8, with no problems)
  • 120hz monitor (Benq XL2410T)
  • Dual monitor setup (24" 120hz and 17" 60hz)

I have tried the following:
  • FPS Limiter(MOD) at 30 and 60 FPS
  • Dxtory at 30 and 60 FPS
  • Checked that vsync in on
  • Tested the latest NVIDIA driver and also the latest beta driver
  • Started a new game
  • Set the refresh rate on my screen to 60hz
  • Disabled the 120hz monitor and run the game on the 17"60hz monitor
  • Added the vsync line to the skyrim.ini file as well
  • Rebooted....
  • Checked game cache integrity
  • Tested the Unofficial Skyrim Patch

I think that's it, anyone here that have experienced the same issue or know how to resolve it?
Any help is really appreciated :)
