Elder scrolls VI
What are your predictions for the next elder scrolls game? I personally think it will be set in Elsweyr. As for time setting, I think it would be hard to follow directly after skyrim, so it has to be in the past or in the far future.

its will be in the elf lands summerset isle and or valenwood since we still haven't dealt with the Thalmor. then by the time TES 7 comes out we will see Elsweyr and Black Marsh.

It will be the Elder Scrolls MMO. 1000 years before Skyrim.

Elder Scrolls Online is not TES VI, it is Elder Scrolls Online. We are talking about TES VI.

Elsweyr seems to be a popular choice for many. It's not a common type of area in games, the majority khajiit population will make for an interesting populace (especially if they finally show more than one form of khajiit in this game).

I don't see why one person not being able to see how the future could unfold be a reason why it wouldn't take place after Skyrim. There is an entire writing team and they came up with Skyeim when none of us imagined it. I personally would like more information into the void nights and to see how Anequina and Pellintine deal with each other and how the locals react to the Thalmor. This is a country which accepted the Thalmor with thanks so it will be quite different from Skyrim.

The Elder Scrolls Online will have every province except Black Marsh, so my guess is Black Marsh and then Summerset Isles after that.

Where did you get the idea Black Marsh won't be in the game, from the roughly coloured territory map?

Agreed. Elsweyr would be a fantastic land to visit with its jungles and cities so old that they have been buried beneath the sands. Also, the political situation seems complex enough to make my head spin even without the inclusion of the Thalmor. Plus, we would get to hear Sheogorath referred to as the Skooma Cat.

It would be fun to have Daedric quests from the perspective of the khajiit. Seeing Sheggorath as a stylish khajiit. I imagine the Princes to be a bit too complicated for mankind to properly perceive so they end up looking different based on who sees them.

I know, Just playing around since it is the next Elder Scroll game that will be released.

I would like to see a TES where you play in the Daedra realm working for them. That would be fun.

Unlikely however, also which realm would it be anyway, few are even hospitable.
capowell1999 Nov 16, 2012 @ 5:33pm
I'm hoping Elsweyr also, considering how little khajiit there were in Skyrim it would be something to look forward too. ^.^

@Aleitheo The reason I said it would be difficult to make a game directly after skyrim was that there were so many world-altering events that happened differently for each playthrough.
neilbert1 Nov 16, 2012 @ 5:43pm
If ES6 deals with (defeating?) the Thalmor, at some point the character will be in Elswyre since Elswyre is Dominion territory, and you can't truely defeat the Thalmor until they are driven from the mainland. Of course, it doesn't seem that any Elder Scrolls has been a direct sequel of another, so maybe not. I think Hammerfell might be interesting, though Valenwood and Elsweyr might be interesting as well. I'd most like to see the Summerset Isles, though.
Aleitheo Nov 16, 2012 @ 5:44pm
Obviously they would have certain events be canon or they would pull another dragon break. Problem solved.

All of them. And why would it be unlikely? We have never truely explored the Oblivion before. It would be fun. Pick a monster of some kind, do quests there, maby raid a human village every now and then. Would be so much fun.
