Skyrim keeps crashing after the Bethesda Logo, can someone help?

So I load in the game an the Bethesda logo comes up, and goes away, but the Skyrim crashes, and it does no matter how many times I load it, please help.

The reason a game crashes on startup is because they have a plugin that requires a master file that is not there. One of your mods probably needs one of the dlc's.

That just happen to me, it kept crashing after logo, And just relized i had a plugin that required Dawnguard. Which i dont have yet damit! Took plugin off and it works again

That happened to me all the time. You might have too many mods running

It happened for me too after I downloaded some mods for the workshop. Go to the games Data doing upstart and remove them one at a time till you know which mod is the sinner.

Mods cant just cause the game to crash. My game was working fine until a few days ago I install this skyrim beta patch off of steam properties so now ever since I did then it just starts crashing with no error at the Bethesda logo screen!

Mods can cause the game to crash. If a mod tries to access something that isn't there because of a change in the game or a mod the game will crash.

I suggest you uninstall all your mods and try again. If it still isn't working then it has something to do with the game or you computer. Most likely it's a mod though.

I'm having the same problem too, even though I've BOSSed everything (addressed all would be problems), able to load through on TES5Edit with a few out of order sequences on 1h weapon mods (hasn't stopped me before), followed through on the documentations..and still no good ><.. Guess that only leaves individual mod testing, but I can't be bothered right now (it's like 200 mods total) Tomorrow, perhaps.

EDIT: Okay, so I decided to take one final wild stab at it to see if it'd work..and it did. I managed to load past the logo and loaded the menu. The problem mod in question is the ASIS mod for me. Something must have gone wrong or that I'm missing something (PISE, perhaps?)..

Anyways, thanks for the hint of "mods trying to access certain files, but not finding any, therefore crash".

PISE and ASIS has definitely been the culprit of my recent series of crashes..I thought I could use ASIS without PISE..more reading to do..
