Where are all the apple trees!?
Just curious. I have noticed that apples can be found in the thousands if not hundreds in Skrim. Yet, all throughout the lands there isn't one apple tree to be found. Where are all the apples coming from? I don't know jack squat about making mods but perhaps after this thread somebody can create one that actually plants trees with harvestable apples in Skyrim. Perhaps an orchard somewhere or apple trees intersparced with other trees out in the wilds. Who knows, I know I can't have been the only person to notice a lack of apple trees in this land.

Who knows, maybe the apples in TES aren't fruit, but instead a mineral mined from the mountains?
Maybe apples dont grow on trees in skyrim 0.o

Imported from Cyrodiil and some western provinces by East Empire Shipping Comany. Yes, they do ship westwards.

You see, not only did the dwarves vanish, but the apple trees did as well. The apples themselves, however, did not. Some smart mage dudes did a study on these items, and figured out that these apples appear when certain random items cluster together. This is why apples will appear in baskets 'n' buckets 'n' the such after a week or two.

I forget if it was Dragonborn DLC or the Legendary part of game, but I can plant apple trees, tomatoe plants, even chicken eggs, lol. I think you might need Hearthfire to get the added features, I know that some things appeared there, then some more in Dragonborn. But you do need the plot of land from hearthfire to plant.
