Skyrim stuttering (yep, this has been posted many times)
But I can't seem to find my exact problem. Skyrim runs at 60 fps, but when I look around(the frame rate is still 60) it stutters at any time, in any place. Everyone else just has frame rate issues, this is not that problem, and I can't seem to find a better solution.

I have tried:

Shadows set on low

No mods

Mouse acceleration=0

VSinc=on and off

Just tested, sadly no differences.

maybe turn down your video setting?
Did you try reducing the video resolution? (I don't own the game, I'm just giving suggestions)

try:
open task manager
selcet tesv.exe while playing
set its priority to high

Someone go to my profile page, take a look at my screenshots, and look at the (what should be) the first four screenshots. WTF is happening now?

looks like a mod is causing trouble or your video card has some...

Put this in your Skyrim.ini file under GENERAL:

iFPSClamp=60

It's the ONLY way to fix the stutter. Cheers!
