Skyrim Screen Error

So, I played skyrim before like about few months ago
And it works just fine until i get bored with it and I dont play it again.
And today I want to play it again but then I encountered this bug/glitch.
I already re-installed it 2 times.
I also deleted the "Delete Local Content" for skyrim in Steam.
Help me please, I want to play this game again ._.

I didn't use any nexus mods yet
So, It might be not the mods but something else..

update your video card drivers and you should be fine...

Definitely Graphics driver issue, update it to the latest version if possible. Then you need to reinstall SKSE from http://skse.silverlock.org/
Now you need to start up Skyrim, but don't select Play, go to settings first and set your graphics to Optimal and see if this make any difference for you.
