Arson and the DB

After the Dark Brotherhood burns down your house like they did me... Hjerim.... with everything in it... and I did not know it until several gaming days later... How does one "repair" the house or re-load the "cell package" using the game console such that Hjerim will be available once again?

It never happened to me so umm well i dont think you can for instance
"Hjerim" Get it back i hav bought all houses in all the holds but i still havent got my house burnt down it may just be a bug :| And you should as I did buy Proudspire manour in Solitude
it has a lot of room. So i hope you find a resolver to this weird mystery Sorry im not much help :|

I even had a courier show up with an inheritance letter but even that did not clue me in to check who died. I had all city houses and all 3 property built houses. It was not till days later when I took a load of books over to Hjerim to store them outside of the kids room I discovered... what kids room... the house was gutted out from fire!!!
