Ive seen alot of people having the same issue i have, and ive tried the same advice. its not the mods, becuz this issue with green/gray water was happening before. i tried going to my skyrim prefs editor and changing the coding to this

bDoDepthOfField=0

but that didnt work. and i cant find this d3d folder ive been hearing vuague crap about either. i even tried that supposed 2.0 green water fix subscribe mod. and before anyone mentions it, i am NOT getting anything off of nexus, so please dont even suggest or bring that up. so in light of all this, if anyone can help, id appreciate it, now you know where i stand on this.

why dont you want sth. from the nexus? its free and easy to use... your fault...

try iRadialBlurLevel=0 add this in your skyrim prefs.ini
or
get rid of your ENB or FXAA injector.

do i add that under [imagespacing] or what? and i dont want nexus becuase it keeps wanting me to download something, and it sets my virus protection off like crazy, and i have enough stuff that keeps giving popups that i cant disable.

yeah, i think so.

forced downloads? virus alerts? popups? lol never seen any... maybe get avast antivir and let it check your pc, something might be wrong with your pc....

regardless, that didnt work either. matter of fact, it made it worse. made it to where i coulde ven see if i angled the camera like most people have been having to do. btw, not your fualt, but simplify things, like pretending your talking to someone who doesnt know what all the abrreviations are. better yet, dont pretend :P

winrar .. an archiving/data compression utility and mostly useless. Your system has its own archiving/compression/indexing utility and you don't NEED winrar.
When you got it, you most likely got more than you bargained for and that's what's setting off your anti-virus alerts. You can disable those alerts manually through your Anti-virus program (which I wouldn't recommend as it's playing with fire).
You could curb your internet surfing habits and try being more cautious of where you're going.
You're getting those alerts for a reason so I wouldn't ignore them.

actually i know what i am talking about... but i can stop giving advise. i think i will... i play some and then i might come back... if not, your problem. my game runs fine...

@vagnar, im not ignoring them, and yeah i realized that after it was too late. @ Night core, i wasnt being offensive, i was saying that I dont know what all the abreviations mean for stuff, so dumb it down for me.

i never use abreviations until you use them.

have you added iRadialBlurLevel=0 yet?
If not, do so.

about your antivirus problem, get avast antivir, install it. let it update and then do a startup check. That should get rid of alll hidden addware/etc.
i can help you with that.
