With that many mods it may be difficult to track down the problem.'

You may need to deactivate each mod, one at a time to try tp determine which one is causing the conflict. Starting with the last one added.

I already do that because first, the game was crashing after the bethesda demo, so i try it ( 1 by one ) and now that lag after the first download ( before my caracter created ) if i get the normal begining and if i have the alternative , that's lagging after my caracters created. I'm on that probleme since 9 AM

Sorry, wish I could be of more help, I'm not much of a debugger, but I'm sure someone will come along and give you some more useful advice!

Good luck!

Oh I see you only have about 3 hours in the game so far.

Something you can do, although it might not be fun, is to delete all the mods, uninstall and reinstall the game, play throught the opening and then start adding mods a couple at a time to be sure that the game is running fine with each mod before you move on to the next.

A drastic step but it may be necessary.

If you are only that many hours in deactivate all mods (NMM and workshop) except list below and remove all save games from C drive(or where they are kept) Start anew.
Data list should be this order
Skyrim update
Dawnguard DLC
Hearthfires DLC
Dragonborn DLC
High Res Texture Packs
Unofficial Skyrim Patch
Unofficial Dawnguard Patch
Unofficial Hearthfires Patch
Unofficial Dragonborn Patch
Then ESP's (MODS)
These mods should not interfere with start of game
Weapon mods
Texture mods
Clothing mods
Other ESM mods come after Dragonborn DLC(ESM)
Start game and play in vanilla until out of Helgen then add one at a time.
I have both sources of supply of mods but I use Nexus Mod Manager to load and install mods and for updates mostly.

Have you got enough RAM to run whatever mods you have installed?

Also, the Helgen keep section is really heavy on Vram for some reason...Mods that improve textures like ENB hit your GPU, I've come to learn that people have a thing about their computer's specs. To those whom that concerns...Get over yourselves!

What are your comp's specs mate?...Maybe your installed mods are crashing out your game.
If you are having problems starting the game, then as someone here has touched upon, BOSS can help arrange your load order...You might have some mods conflicting, trying to compete with another mod and crashing your game... have only just started the game, having installed NINETY mods is a pretty crazy thing to do.

I just suggest that you look in this forum for a thread that contains loads of tutorials, as you might want to look into modding further to better understand what you're getting yourself into.

Ok I see .... but how can uninstall all my mod ? I try it with NMM in the section where it's writing '' Tools - uninstalling activated mods '' but they are always here ... I want to delete ALL of them

Top left go to mods next to list of type of mods is a small box which may have ) or a number in it like 1 or 3 open that list and mods will show.
Highlight mod and then look to top left of screen there are two blue fodders with arrows click the one pointing left to deactive mod(must wait until small box appears press OK before next mod activation. The blue tap above is to active mods.
By deactivating them out of game is OK you can reinstall later without redownloading them all again.
Take your time and learn, I had to and I read what other modders where writing and their answers. And having "Chief Guru of this Forum " Master Dan answer your question, read and use well.
I'm just trying to keep busy while looking for work :)
