I have two questions, one that's probably stupid, and the other about a quest

The stupid question is: I am on a Toshiba Satellite laptop with windows 7, and I was just wanting to know if I could get the Wyrmstooth mod, I didnt know if it would be to much for my computer or what, and the other one is I am stuck at the part in the cornered rat quest, and when I go to talk to Esbern, in the dialouge he doesn't make any sound, then when I go through and the dialouge closes he just stands behind the door and if I use tcl to go through and try to talk to him he just kinda shrugs and looks like he is saying something, and if I reload saves it doesn't fix anything, so is this fixable?
