The steam summer sale was just atrocious for this title, 2 year old game and it only got to 40%; will it finally be 75% off because of the quakecon along with all the dlc? Still waiting for something like that to happen.

regardless, i find some used games @ gamestop for $2 that are just a year old, skyrim is 2 years old, and plenty of newer games have even had 66-75% off, just ridic.


but I only want it for the mods, I already have it on ps3; that's my main issue, I just don't want to pay full price to unlock modding.

I do agree with you, this silly postings are just tiresome and frankly annoying, it´s like begging the community to see in the future, or they perhaps hoping some steam Staff will lower the price for them, in display by saying, But this game is so old today and still so expensive, i have seen so many many other games that are halv priced or even cheaper then skyrim etc etc

It´s not about how old games are, it´s about how the sales goes and the price a company want to have for it and the shops that sales em. If really want to know about old games being over priced since years back, Check out Actavision and EA games, and then ask your self the queastion why and figure it out.

No offense, but this threads + the begging for games threads should be banished.

i agree im 16 and i dont beg for a game i want i work for a living and save my money for things i want its this generation (myself included at time) that believe they can get anything they want handed to them on a silver platter and that needs to end THATS NOT HOW REAL LIFE WORKS! in real life you have to work for a living or you will be out on the streats or livving on welfare some kids think that the "real world" is so easy and need a reality check
