If you where lucky, that was all that was needed. Run Skyrim to seeifit works. If it doesn't, go to the next step.
2) You need to find the source ofthe mod conflict. Which means, you need to uninstall each mod one at a time,and run the game for each one you uninstall. Do this until skyrim works again without crashing. When it works, it means that the last mod you uninstaled was the source of the conflict. Remove that one, and then you can again reinstall all the other mods again.
