Mini-freezes when turning around quickly
This is annoying. Whenever (and especially in the Rift) I turn around quickly, my FPS Will drop to 1, or even 0 for a few seconds. It's like the engine is loading all the details. It doesn't make sense, why would it utilize detail fade this way? I have a few texture/graphic mods, but nothing too changing. Pretty much only improved rocks. Does anyone happen to know what this is, and how I can fix it? I've noticed that after playing for a while it gets worse. My specs are pretty much far above the recommended. All I could think of is getting more RAM, since 1 - 2 GB of my 4 GB is almost always being used only by windows. >.>

Already have an ENB installed. Thanks for the link!
HD rocks did the same for me, i think... i deleted it and i was fine. ENB's will not help, it might be the prob. ENB's are the worse thing to install for any game if your wanting good fps and no hang times. they do have a ENB patch mods to help making the game run better if you use ENB's.
My old PC had a near dead HDD drive and when i would stand still my fps was 60ish but when i turned or moved my game would do 1 to 3 sec stutter trying to load textures i was walking up on. then i got a new HDD and it was fine after that. i even did a full data xfer so it was not any mods i had or files. i play on a all new pc now tho.
tell us what ur pc specs are. if rift did it then it might be hardware or bad drivers or you got tuns of♥♥♥♥♥♥running

Well, that's the thing. it runs fine with the ENB. I can't live without my ENB because the lighting of Skyrim truly sucks♥♥♥♥♥ lol
I'll try uninstalling the HD rocks.
