The Thalmor's Leader?????
I have been wondering who in Oblivion is the Thalmor's Leader? The leader of the Empire is Titus Mede II so who is the Thalmor's Leader

Some random High Elf. How do you expect people to know if even Bethesda doesn't?

And Titus Mede II is not the real leader of the Empire. He is the Emperor, but there is a Senate and obviously his power has already waned, a lot.

This is one of those questions with no answer... but I think he is just called The Leader in their language and that's it

I was thinking Il Duce myself... makes big balcony speeches and then blunders the execution

That "herself" is Elenwen, the leader of the Thalmor in Skyrim.

In the low chance that Ayrenn is still alive in the Fourth Era, I doubt she would affiliate with the modern incarnation of the Thalmor considering that she is openly against radical racism.
