Marriage Error ?
So this is it:
Got a girl to marriage, get to Riften to fix it wedding, Go to the Tempel and wait for the bride, she never shows up like they all done before so I wait... saves and wait 1h and keep going until she comes.. btw the people that are with me on the wedding congratulates me for a good wedding, and she pops up... and leaves and the wedding fails, is this a bug or somthing, this problem havent I seen before.

Kill her for being a.... Wait, thats the wrong way. I keep getting arrested when I do it that way. But, its happened to me to. Just go back to a saved game and try it again. Keep doing that until it works. That's what I always did.
