Skyrim is extremely laggy & skyrim lighting is messed up!

First off when I got skyrim it worked fine, I started installing mods for my wizard charachter. I started getting rid of mods and my lighting mod. My file would not load no matter what, so I started a new save with new mods, here they are:

Now I have gone through the game VERY VERY slowly since my fps is horendous, I got to the riverwood part and I just didn't want to play. So I started getting rid of more mods. The game is really laggy and since I'm playing as an archer it's impossible to aim.

The lighting is strange now, the shadows on faces look very pixelated and I'm not sure if that is relevant.

I can load up my saves perfectly fine now but they are just really slow in game. It says there are things missing on the main menu but I continue and it's fine. I have used Boss to show that I have things which are missing but I'm not sure how to get it back.
