So I only just got 'Dragonborn' the other day
I must say, congrats again to Bethesda on a great character: Frea. They seemed to have saved their best creations and voice talent for DLC (Serana being the other fine example of getting it right). Strong, but understated.

I've only really completed the main Miraak quest so far so no spoilers please!

they only really got it right if your using the Beautiful Followers mod off the nexus. especially for serana because normal serena just looks terrible...

The new beautiful followers mod makes serana look like how shes supossed to sound

frea just looks terrible too unless you have the beautiful followers mod installed

I thought she was a good character too (just as she is). The entire DLC is solid, dripping as it is with Morrowind nostalgia. A certain prominent gentleman living in Tel Mithryn is also a lot of fun, if you haven't met him yet.. (I think you do during the MQ, it's been a while).

Hope you like the rest, there are lots of little bits to discover all over the island.

I'm using Seranaholic at the mo, but I always thought Vanilla Serana looked okay. Same with Frea, I think they've done an alright job with her, though I am using updated female skin textures (Nuska's rosy face skin). It's more the characters themselves I was referring to.

The only 2 things i dont like about serana is

1) that elder scroll on her back all the time
2) i cant get her to change her outfit no matter what - i assume im gona need a mod for this

I personally use Amazing Follower Tweaks. You can manage their inventories and a standard loadout reasonably easily.
