That's a real constructive comment you've got there.
Yeah, I'm with you on that. If any group of modders out there feels like taking a crack at it, be my guest; but I'm not gonna dare touch something like this or else it might implode. lol
About that... I kinda, sorta, do write... A lot... lol

Although, if I were to make this into a screenplay, all I could picture is the scene from a Futurama episode in which the audience votes on how the movie's plot turns and it keeps voting for "do paperwork".
Kinda guessed. Narrative like that doesn't just 'pop into' a non writers head. If you get round to kindle self publishing I'll read the stuff. Let me know.
The internet provides all the information you need easily
This person is a writer - or should be - and not a moder. I think He/she should play it out in their mind and write a non-Skyrim book. I think it would be a cool story.
The story this guy came up with is very nice, but it also branches out in several directions at several different points. If he wants to maintain that I think he should make it a mod.
Game design teams have story writers too who put just as much effort into game stories as book writers.
Just for the record, I'm a male. And I have dabbled a bit in modding (in fact, I've just uploaded one), but it's all very basic stuff with followers and changing the stats of armor/weapons. Surely, I do not have the experience to create something like this, even with a team of highly experienced modders. Of course, I could always be the writer of the group or something.
But this is all beside the point. I don't have a clue as to how I could pull something like this off. I know we've all got our minds blown with Falskaar and how anything can be done with enough time, experience, and dedication; but I just can't see this thing coming to fruition in anything less than a whole other game.
Funny thing about that... I'm actually attending the Art Institute in Tinley Park at the moment and I'm planning to go into game design as a storyboard artist/creative director (aka, the writers of the game's story, lore, and characters)
I swear, I think you're stalking me. If so, I feel I must warn you: I'm packing. *bang!*
