need help
why does my game look like this with the mods on

Your computer may not be able to support the mod(s), Toa. Mine can't support very many. I try to choose only a few and ones that will not affect the entire map. Mine will crash or the graphics will be off (not look smooth) like yours. So be selective. If I add one, I have to de-activate one and I have to keep my saves cleaned up so I have more memory.
