Getting Cards with skse version?

ok so now that skyrim has trading cards i want to get them. I downloaded a mod from the nexus that needed skse to work and downloading skse made a shortcut to skyrim that uses skse. Can i still get cards if i use the skse version?

Yes you do;
Steam will always run in the background, because it act as protection sftware...so just play it your way :)

Yep, it works. I have just got 2 cards while playing Skyrim through SKSE exe file.
