Are there any mods to slow down leveling up?
I tried looking for a mod that makes it take longer to level up your skills but I found nothing, do you people know of one?

Yes, go here and look at the 'Character Leveling' section:

Ah, skyrim gems, I can't believe I didn't think of looking there. Thanks
type player.setlevel number then you can lower your level. Is Dawnguard the reason you do not want to level up? Then you can go to Nexus there is a mod there that delays the start of Dawnguard. Or you can play Novice mode you will level very slowly.

community uncapper , you can set up all the parameters for perks ,skills and leveling up
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1175
I have that it does require SKSE so he will have to install that also Pike
skse is easy now , there's a executable option , no more manual install , works fine , overwrote the old files all i had to do was delete the old shortcut , it even made a new shortcut automaticly
whts the reason you would want to level up slowly
Berfore you go breaking your game with a bunch of half-assed mods, you should probably consider why it is you want to slow down in the first place.
That is a great point why do you want to slow the pace. If you want slower leveling at the begining just use the Novice mode it takes forever to move up with that one.

The harder the difficulty the faster you will level up.

But if you are level 15 you can enter this console command player.setlevel 8 this will make you a level 8 again. Of course later in the game you will have to go legendery probably one more time to get past 81. But everything comes with a price.

I wished to make leveling up slower because I enjoy having to play longer in order to access the better perks and weapons, I just don't like the vanilla pace that much. Also I do know how to effectively install mods, those on and off the workshop.

Also to everybody else no need to respond to this thread anymore, I got what I needed.
