I think it would work out good.

I mean, I have Nvida GeForce 430, 3GB DDR2 RAM, AMD Athlon processor.

Why would you want to just max it out? It would be cool but, doesn't mean it would be anyless good.

i dont understand what you mean

I run at High Quality. So you would most likely run at Ultra. I'd test it out of High Quality, if it is smooth, go higher. Just need to be careful. It would suck to lag playing your first time,

I mean, why would you want to max Skyrim on Ultra. I know its cool, but its also performance that is put on the system. Have to make sure you don't get it too hot.

Dude, I got Core2Duo @ 2.8ghz, 2GB RAM DDR2 and GeForce GT9600 1GB and it runs on high with antialiasing turned off (FXAA is on though). If it doesn't run then the world makes no sense.

Depends of your resolution, but you can't play Skyrim @ 60 FPS with that GPU. (AA maxed, AF maxed, 1920x1080, Hi-Res Pack is on, Ultra settings).

Well I have it now and completely maxed out I get a solid 60fps
