vampire problem...

so i became a vampire, i didnt really want to because then i cant trade and stuff, so i go to the guy that can cure vampirism i sneak into his house so no one else sees me but he attacks me as well so i run outside and there's a dragon attacking the villiage the dragon then procedes to kill the only guy i know of who can fix me. any way to fix this?

Umm... wrong Elder Scrolls

If you don't have dawnguard they only fear/hate you if your blood starved and if you do have dawnguard they only hate you if they see you in your Vampire Lord form.

Only thing you really sacrafice is the ability to use the face sculpter.
