Almost done but only the top half of my map is full
Here is a problem I've not come across online. I've finished all the main quest lines, have finished 81% of my badges but all extra radiant quests take me back to the same old dungeons on the top half of the map while the bottom half is almost entirely empty. Any way to fix this?

You could try going down to the lower half of the map and talking to the NPCs down there. They might be able to offer local quests. If you have outstanding radiant quests you will not be able to get new ones of the same type though of course. There are also several NON-radiant type quests in the lower half of the map. Falkreath has a few (including 2 Daedric quests). There is also a Bard's College quest that's in the lower half of the map.

Other than that don't worry too much if you don't have a quest in the bottom half of the map, just go there and explore it if you want to.

Are you saying there is actually an end to those awful radiant quests? I've become tired of them so I gave them up. Do they lead to fresh quest lines? Specifically, the College of Winterhold,Dark Brotherhood and Companions quests after you've become the arch mage and so forth?

There is no real end to radiant quests, and no the vast majority don't lead anywhere. Sometimes a quest starts out looking really insignificant but leads to something bigger, however that's the exception. The more original radiant quests such as Runil's Journal do end eventually and you just wind up with kill the giant and investigate magical anomaly quests eventually.

I can think of one such quest off the top of my head (Falkreath's blacksmith's dog-quest). I guess the Aventus Arretino quest has to be the top of that list though, but with 81% achievements I'm sure you've done that one. I'd played for absolutely ages before I realised that wasn't just another go-fetch type quest.

Yes, I've done the dog quest. It was pretty great but I've heard of a quest that is unlocked when you own all the wizard masks. I'm starting from point 0--at least it gives me a sense of purpose. I've yet to find a game that can compare with these Elderscrolls ones.

Hi all, am a bet confused with a few English words that you fellows are using :) But i have a diff queastion to about missions. Ahemm.. Quests ^.^

Are there random missions out there, to gain money only or magical items or poits etc etc? And is it true that there are no endings for em? Like the AI in the world of skyrim just create those pizza delivery or KILL the Bandit leader quests no stop? :)

And then ofc we have those normal, help the ppl missions that are made by the devolupers and then in the end we have the real main story quest. The usual things with RPG games if u guys understand me.

I just want to understand how this Skyrim AI world really works :) a bet better.

You know you don't need to be TOLD to go into a dungeon, right? If you want to explore it, just go inside. Some depend on that, certain dungeons will NEVER be a quest locaton from an outside source because they were added for flavor or the quest associated with them only begins AFTER you enter the dungeon. Bethesda likes to encourage exploration, basically.

A couple of handy mods for encouraging visiting different locations is the Stones of Barenziah Markers and the Dragon Priest Markers. Also, asking the Greybeards for word locations will eventually send you most places.

I feel the same way about the Elder Scroll games. Particularly Skyrim, although I've played some Morrowind and Oblivion too. I keep feeling like I want a new game as between PS3 and PC I have just about played the game out, but none of the new games make the grade :/

Those sorts of quest can be generated pretty much indefinitely. Even when the main quests are all finished you can just keep playing until you get bored and want to start a new character.

These links have been great. I also found an excellent map for those who don't want the mods. It's the best I've found thus far.
