Game crashes in first 3min help please

Everytime i try to play this game is crashes on me before i even get down the hill and into the town at the very begining, i tried to lower the resolution but still doesnt work, i have a computer more than able to handle this game, running, windows 7, quad core, and a geforce gtx 550ti, help with this would be great, thank.

no just downloaded it and tried to play it, and never wants to get past that part, any ideas why?

my pc is in the recommended to play the game and always sets it to high, so i have no clue what to do, im not very computer smart, just want to play it

This game always worked on my laptop, but now I'm having a lot of issues with it. At first, the game would start acting up whenever I made a new character. After I selected my character, said character would just keep walking past the guy with the list. After that, when the first guy gets beheaded, the game stops advancing and alduin does not appear.
Now after trying to get rid of some of the mods I installed, the screen goes to the Bethseda logo, then just exits the game entirely.
Wat do?

You might have a program running in the background that is conflicting with skyrim, try disabling your anti-virus and firewall if you have them.

Can you tell us what your computers specs are? If your crashing at the logo screen you're probably missing a master.

Graphics - Intel HD Graphics 3000
HDD - 600GB
OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Your integrated video card is not sufficient enough to run this game.

Well that's the weird part, for up to about a year after buying it, I was able to play the game just fine with these graphics. I have a level 32 Thalmor elf that is amazing. Maybe an update has changed that? Also when I loaded a previous saved game, it worked perfectly. (minus now when it just goes to the bethseda logo, although I think you're right in saying that may have been a master file that got deleted)

Yeah you can run it with your card but only with everything turned to it's lowest which will make the game look horrible.

Verify your game cache if you think something is missing

I just tried it, still crashes right away and goes to desktop, runs great for a bit than it takes a dump

This is the reason why i hate pc, you dont get this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and if the game doesnt work you can just take it back and get something for it, i have been fighting with steam to at least give me store credit for the game, ps3 i put the game in and i played it, no problems, my pc is more than good enough to play and it doesnt make it more than 1min into the game.
