But I already got a house: Breezhome

So I cheated with cash when I started and got Breezhome. I wish I hadn't cheated and I player.removeitem it all away, but I still have the house.

Questions:

Can I get rid of this house?
How do I start Hearthfire from this point? (what level, where to wait for courier, or who to talk to)

If you installed the DLC then the courier should have come to you already :/

Hmm, have you installed it bud?..I wouldn't worry about levels..it's not really a level demanding dlc :)

you can start it by becoming thane of any of the 3 holds that allow you to make a home.

There is probably a setstage command that will affect whether or not you can buy the house again or not. I have no clue as to what command that would be, though. You'll need to check out UESP or Elder Scrolls Wiki.

The courior shows up around level 9 or 10. It desn't matter if you alrady own Vreezehome. You can own all five homes plus build all three homes.

You know if you had hearthfire you could have just hopped over to Falkreath and got Lakeview.

I don't know what the worry is. You can have as many houses as you like and still get Hearthfire and the three houses. It's just a matter of waiting for the game to catch up on your progress.
