World not at my level?
So I got out of helgen and cheated to level 47. Problem is that I keep finding crappy loot everywhere. Iron swords where I should find Ebony or Daedric, that kind of stuff. Is there a way to fix this and if not is there a way to level up super fast without cheating?

Yeah, there are ways, my brother runs around pick-pocketing all the guards, paying them off, prusuading them to keep quite, and when neither works pay the fine, in the end it increase pick-pocketing, and speach, plus if you can get lots of iron ingots and leather strips you can spam iron daggers for smithing. etc.

If your goal is to level up faster, I suppose you could also gain a blessing from one of the skill improvement stones.

The Warrior Stone: Combat skills increase 20% faster.
The Mage Stone: Magic skills improve 20% faster.
The Thief Stone: Stealth skills increase 20% faster.
The Lover Stone: All skills improve 15% faster.

When I mean "level up super fast" I mean get to level 50 in an hour or so. There was the Oghma Infinium bookshelf glitch but Bethesda fixed that in a patch.

Areas have levels, as it'd be a bit silly for run-of-the-mill bandits to suddenly be level 50 warriors with Daedric gear. Go have a face-to-face with some Dragon Priests for some level-appropriate fun.

Takes a long time to start making Daedric gear... possibly even longer to make Dragonbone gear if you have the DLC... if you're not willing to spend many hours getting the necessary levels + items, you just use console commands.

When you chest to level 50 like that. It says you are that level but it doesnt count. I could make myself 373 and it wouldn't change anything.

You need to wait 10-30 days for the world to respawn

only with console commands can you do 1 to 50 in an hour. or even 47 to 50 in an hour. the higher you level the slow it goes.

Why not buy the game...then tell yourself you have finish it...and put it in your stash????

Why buy a game............and then cheat yourself out of playing it....and then complain???

Strange indeed!

some people like to cheat, get over it

Yea, I fact it don't bother me at all..............BUT when they start to complain that they don't get the experience or loot they expected....then that is another case.

To cheat in a single player game seems to be an innocent thing............BUT when we first start to comes more and more easy to do so....we avoid difficulties....we cheat ourself to better weapon....or easier way to do the task....

When such an idea first have started to be used is not long to transfer the same attitude to real life.....because we are used to avoid obstacles....we are used to take the easy road......that is maybe an idea you and your equal might ponder on :)

Why not just cheat in a full set of Daedric weapons and armour as well with

player.additem <item code> n

where n = the number of each item.

Totally ruins the game for me, but there you go. I have 130 mods that makes the game more DIFFICULT.

Also, it depends how you cheated. If you use "Increment PC Skill" it's meant to work better.

incpcs illusion
incpcs conjuration
incpcs alteration
incpcs destruction
incpcs restoration
incpcs enchanting

incpcs smithing
incpcs heavyarmor
incpcs block
incpcs twohanded
incpcs onehanded
incpcs marksman

incpcs lightarmor
incpcs sneak
incpcs lockpicking
incpcs pickpocket
incpcs speechcraft
incpcs alchemy

Put that in a text file called GOD in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim folder and in the console type

bat god

100 times and get all your scores and to 100 and then choose your Perks.

Or copy and paste it in 100 times and run it once.

Not sure if it levels the world as well, but it should do if you get the Levelled Skyrim[] mod. All creatures will be the same level as you and so should have decent loot. you may have to go to an internal cell and sleep for 30 days, as someone said.

Then sever the threads of prophecy and have fun wandering aimlessly in the broken world you have created.

It's hard to feel any sympathy for people who cheat then complain about things not working right. Worst cheat I used to use was the Levelers tower. I've still got it but I'm having more fun by not cheating and working my way up. It's slow and painful but far more rewarding.
Hakke Jun 18, 2013 @ 6:22am
think he wasnt complaining- just asking if there was a way to make his cheat work... why anyone wants to cheat or fast-level in a singleplayer game ? dunno- but its a question of taste. different people get fun out of different things. :)
