How long?
I'm just wondering how many hours people have clocked up playing Skyrim, I've almost reached 400 now and I'm wondering if it's a bit exsessive. How much of your life have you spent in this realm?

Meh 735 clocked hours but I enjoy the time spent so I'd hardly call it exsessive. Now If I was forgoing basic hygine and the lights were threatening to cut off yea.
Wow that is pretty impressive stuff, I've been through the game twice and am now onto my third time but it's beginning to get a bit samey.
732 hours 3/4 of that vanilla now doing with some mods included

Mods... LOTS and LOTS of mods... without this game would of died on my shelf within six months. I've made several posts on the issue, my new favorites are:
SkyRe - Changes too much to list
SkyUI - More PC friendly UI
ASIS - More spawns, Smarter spawns
Imersive Creatures/weapons and armors - self explanatory
Frostfall - cold places are actually deadly
Hunterborn - turn animals into useful harvests (even mudcrabs!)
Realistic needs and diseases - a purpose for that food no one ever cooks in normal games.
♥♥♥♥♥ eye caravan - the -ultimate- home away from home.

edit: Obvliously I've a lot more but not interested enough to type out all 249 of em.

nah I'm playig up to 400++ hours too xD combine with all the new slots I made for replaying as new race
Unfortunately I lost a lot of hours because steam wasn't logging them due to using SKSE, no idea if it's logging em once again or not.
Only 178 hours, and I'm starting to feel a bit finished with the game. I could, of course, start modding (more than graphics and armors), but not sure if it's really worth it.

400 hours isn't really that bad, I used to play WoW for over 3600 hours :d And I actually don't regert a single second.
Last comment of the night/day (4am...) mods are certainly worth it, try the ones I listed and you'll never go back to vanilla gameplay. If desired I'll dig out more from the list I'm using later.

Some of them look cool, but I don't know if that's enough. You know, it feels like I've already explored every corner of the map and the dungeons are starting to repeat themselves. I could of course try to find some cool quest lines or something.
You can never spend too long enjoying yourself - whatever your interests. Skyrim is fun with so many different ways to play it and the mods make it better still. I keep reasonably fit with cycling but still burn up the hours playing this game between work and family. I have clocked up well over 400 hrs on the PC and Playstation combined. Nothing to feel guilty about at all.
Yeah and 400 hours ain't that much. It's just that it's spent in one game that makes you feel guyilty. If you played 10 games for 400 hours, you wouldn't feel anything :D Besides, we don't know when OP started. If he started at launch.. well, 400 hours in 1½ years isn't that bad. I did my 3600 hours in WoW in 2 or 3 years, so no need to worry :D
2599 since launch.Hundreds of restarts, always new things to do/find.Cant get enough of this great game. :) and then there are the wonderful mod's to try out. It's endless.
730+ hours, I also have played this single character so much that he's level 200 :3
