Perhaps your mouse is wearing out, as mine is? If you have any other games handy where button holds are used, such as almost any MMORPG where you generally have to keep the RMB pressed full time while moving, you might want to try it as a test. (they're the main reason my own RMB is going bad - occasional slips when aiming while zoomed and dual-casting reliably is next to impossible; such a shame that primary spellcasting requires dual-casting to be effective past L15 or so :(.

no its a new mouse i got it a few days ago

Again, if you have another game (which uses press-and-hold of the RMB in a way that will let you spot if it's given out) that you can test it in, you should do so. I've gotten several bad mice over the years, brand new out of the box (even if it's a big brand name - the last one of the bad out-of-the-box mice I had was a Logitech a couple of Christmases ago).

eh ill have to test it out with my new mouse i recently replaced my old mouse and havnt tried it since i figured it was a problem with skyrim files or something like that

i have just confirmed that it isnt the mouse i bound the zoom key to a differnt key same exact this i has to be a file that is messed up would anyone know what that is and how i would fix it

i dont know what it could be other than a skyrim filed is messed up someone could someone look at what ever their skyrim zoom file is and copy and paste it into here so i can fix it (and also tell me how to find my zoom file lol)

Never heard of a "zoom file". And if you had roubound the RMB, all you can do is go into settings and change it again... [can't remember if there's a reset to defaults button there - my .ini's are excessively tweaked, so I don't go into the options these days. If there isn't, head into your steam\steamapps\common\skyrim directory and delete ControlMap_Custom.txt]

I had exactly the same problem with a vanilla Skyrim and no DLC's. When I got and used the Archery perk Steady Hand that slows down time the problem was fixed.
Edit: I was also using a brand new mouse. Iin fact I bought another one which made not the slightest bit of difference until I got this perk.
