Does unsubscribing delete the MOD from your skyrim?
As above im not entierly sure if thats all you have to do or actually delete manually?

Don't think so. Just stops your game from downloading updates for it.

Just checked I deleted a nexus mod and if left it there in Zip form. I would have to delete the compressed file to get rid of it. Great answer Jamtrots.

Well, to delete, just access 'data files' option in the launcher just before playing skyrim, and there you can see your list of mods and choose to delete them.

It kept my master file Master Dan from Nexus and just put it back into zip form. In the Skyrim data file. I think you are right you would have to manually delete them.

Oh, this stuff is really good to know - I just started messing around with them and was looking for a safe way to remove them in case I didn't like them. Thanks, guys! :3

This is why I prefer Nexus over Steam myself since steam just unchecks but doesn't delete.

sometimes even when the mod is unchecked parts of it maybe active still. You would need to delete it after you turn it off to make sure it parts of the mod are not being loaded.

Wait till all your mods from steam are loaded, then unclick mods. Then click on mod, and click delete button. When it asks if you want to remove from Steam click yes seems to be easiest method.
