Is this normal..?
Whenever I restart steam to go online I have to download skyrim over and over again but my other game it just fine and I dont have to redownload it..

How did you install the game? Did you download it, or did you install it with the retail disk?

I installed it by disk.

I had the same problem. What I did to fix it was I installed the game using the disk, then I exited out of steam and then when I went to reopen it steam updated a few files and I was good to go.

Everytime I reinstalled it takes like 3 days,I went up 1 percent in 4 hours.
