Nope. Not a single dragon in Skyrim. The game is actually about flying piglets.
Skyrim is exploration-driven. You can ignore the story completely. It's also completely broken balance-wise (w/o mods, anyway), eventually lets you get to god-tier in power, and I suspect it's probably still completely bug-ridden. It's also driven primarily by stats, not player skill. Grinding is deeply encouraged by the game mechanics, and there are a large number of terribly annoying fetch quests.
Dishonored is also a power fantasy, although not quite as god-tier as in Skyrim. You need to think more in Dishonored and spend more time considering your approaches. It greatly rewards stealth, which is much easier than a frontal assault even if you're planning on murdering everybody the game lets you kill. I didn't encounter many bugs in Dishonored. There isn't really any grinding at all.
Witcher 2 is heavily story driven -- unsurprising considering that it's based on books -- but unlike Dishonored (which also has a main quest to which you're forced to pay attention) the story splits; depending on your choices at the end of the first act, the second act will be very different. It's extremely dependent on player skill, specifically your ability to dodge. Stealth and positioning are much less of a factor than in Dishonored, but you have to be able to frantically roll out of the way of attacks pretty much *all the time* in combat because you're very frail even in the endgame, and because you can't do things like Blink onto high places and sneak your way past enemies or (literally) get the drop on them. There's also some incentive to grind and a number of fetch quests, but not as much as in Skyrim.
LMFAO
Buy Skyrim on it's own. And the DLC's at a later date when they are cheaper...You can do lots of stuff without the DLC..It's a game man! There's loads to do for now..You will get more confident when spending more time with the game and in the forums, talking to people about mods. Speak to more experienced people rather than taking advice from younger inexperienced players...
