My child is missing!

In hearthfire, i adopted the girl minette and the boy hroar. Hroar is still there but Minette went missing. Her pet is still there. I live at Lakeside Manor and I can still ask my wife if the KIDS (plural) are ok. HELP

You can try going to where she is by typing the following into the console:

player.moveto 0198A4

that *should* bring her to you. It's possible she's just vaporized.

I hope not but it could have also crashed because my game plays for like a minute then it crashes to desktop without a warning! Help with that would also be nice

I tried that and she didnt appear but then I tried the earlier command and i was put right where i had typed the command to bring her to me. So she vaprized...

Have you considered putting out an Amber Alert with the local Guards? There are some seriously creepy dudes around Skyrim. She could be forced to work in some Armor's sweat shop making Designer Fur Cowls.

Perhaps she was snatched by a hungry Sabor Cat, or a Bear.. or even a Dragon. I once saw a Dragon swoop into Dragon's Reach and carry a guard off.OO

Alternately, she could have hit her head, got amnesia, and be wasting away down at the Honor Hall Orphanage in Riften with absolutely no hope of ever being adopted by a decent family, again!

Thank God this didn't happen in New Vegas, the possiblities could be much worse that the afore mentioned.

Are there any harmful animals around the area, like, you know, werewolves, bears or bobcats etc? Or did you make your child go outside play while those animal around?? Is she a Redguard? I know the Alik'r have habit of going around grabbing any Redguard woman.

she'll show up...if you played tag or hide and seek there's a bug (get out of here) where your child will follow you around (walking) skyrim.

With three manors, six houses, archmage rooms at winterhole, wifie and kids disappear but usually they have moved to one of the other places (must have the sh**s with me running the countryside with Jordis sword maiden ( the gear i have her in is a wow factor of 10+))
