mod request if possible

im looking for a mod that makes the game time to go as (slow) as real time if possible :/
not wanting to use console commands
any tips and pointers are welcome

I've seen some slow time spells floating around.
Why don't you want to use console commands? sgtm 0.0000000001 does exactly what you want.

console command is the easy seloution but i blocks out achivements :/
and i dont think the slow time spells in game affects the "game time"
i think it effects enemy time

Actually, using the console commands does not disable achievements for the current session, or ever. So no need to worry.

Also, because I have no idea if there's a mod out there that does that.

Got this mod and it's hillarious. I try not to use it too much but great for screen shots. Oh, and there's a speed up time one. It messes with the havok - a lot - but has some great effects. Check my screenshot collection for a few results.
