Enchanting Mod Search

I'm looking for a mod to add enchanters (NPCs) to the world. I'm starting up a character that I don't want to learn enchanting with, but I'd like to be able to take advantage of this ability. Does anyone know of a mod that will add NPCs that can do the enchanting for a fee?

I have always wanted this! Is this possible? I'm am suprised that nobody has made one yet.

It looks like I may have to try my hand at making one... good thing I'm studying to be a programmer; this may come in handy.

It does worry me that I haven't seen a mod for this already... Maybe people have tried, but ran into too many issues.

@Shoggoth269 - I never understood why Bethsenda never implemented this. I think it would be the most useful mod out there. It would give thieve and Warrior class characters the ability to enchant their armor wiithout having to sacrifec perk points for enchanting. I use a lot of custom made weapons and armor so I naturally have to spec into enchanting because those weapons and armor aren't in the game costing me around 12 perk points just to get that skill. If you could do it. I would endorse it.

That would really make A LOT more sense than my assassin toiling away at a forge and then gathering soul gems. In fact add a blacksmith to that list. Amazing how far you can make something simple like a steel sword go with max BS.

I can see about adding an option to the blacksmiths to let them make weapons for you, given that you provide the ingredients. Enchanting comes first though. I figure if I can get that down, the rest won't be too hard.
