Mod Ideas
I can pretty much make any mod that doesnt require retexturing any items, as i dont have a 3d editing software. Got any ideas for mods you guys would like to see?

Some way to put my wife in tavern clothes. That heavy dress is hiding something.

You know that bug when the game first released with the giants sending you to outer space as they hit you with their club? Add that "bug" to that hammer in the end of the companion quest, and add that as a reward. Doesn't need to have a high damage value.

A fix for the invisibility spell (so that it actually WORKS) would be great too, along with some chameleon spells. Make the invisibility spell toggle the command "tdetect" that is otherwise already available in the console.

Actually, the greatest shortcomings of skyrim imho is
1) The lack of unique loot that can even make you consider for half a second to change your selfmade, selfenchanted armor. There are other ways to do this than pure damage numbers. Sheogath's staff is a great example of that. Or the skeleton key from oblivion (unbreakable lockpick).
2) The lack of spells. Especially so compared to morrowind or even oblivion.

Any mod that attempts to fix these shortcomings will have my attention.

If you could make some legendary/high level armor/weapons [with some quests that go along with them, or make the weapons obtainable by completing Skyrim quests]; then I would really like that. Just don't make it OP, and keep it lore-friendly.

Some armor mods that I recently came across that made splurge with excitement are below. They are just so creative and unique, that it adds a real charm and excitement when you obtain them. And yes, the below mods require you to either complete quests, or finish Skyrim quests to obtain them. I realize most of the below have retexturing involved, but your mod does not require this.

Can also add one old idea that I once suggested shortly after skyrim was released:
PLEASE PICKPOCKET ME AND STAB ME IN THE BACK ALREADY!

As I'm sure you already know, sneaking and pickpocketing can be very powerful in this game - yet no one else besides you appear to actually know these skills (there is the thieves guild of corse, but they never do any pickpocketing or backstabbing while you are watching - and certainly not against yourself. The closest thing we have ever seen to this is a dark brotherhood Algorian assassin, that charges straight forward to you, screaming... Cute.

So my suggestion is this: Add random encounters with both thieves and assassins that try to kill you from stealth (of course they should never be able to instantly kill you in one hit just because they are sneaking, but your character should get seriously wounded for the upcoming fight). And of course, you might suddenly get a message in the topleft corner that your pockets suddenly feel lighter, while an NPC is skulking around close to you...

Your telling me kittehoverlord can't use "Cute and Cuddly" perk to subdue dragons and have full control overthem!? =)

Remember the mace wielded by Sauron in Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy?

Seems if you mated the Unrelenting Force shout (good ol' Fus-Ro-Dah) to an ebony mace (perhaps enlarged a wee bit) and correctly determine the proper moment of release, you'd have a fun weapon.

The stealth idea sounds pretty nice.
One could perhaps make the assassins poison food owned by the player. Or place traps before attacking; place a bear trap near a door, making an assassin jump out when it's triggered.

A quest mod with the storyline that you meet the first and only ever (aside from MAYBE yourself) ILLUSIONIST MAGE. Seriously, how come (from a logical standpoint) that no one of your enemies ever happen to be an illusionist mage? Could also be a great way to delve deeper to how it actually works in the lore, I mean, how do the affected of a pacify spell actually perceive the world around them? Should introduce some interesting moments... Just look at NWN:Hotu with the illithids, Bioshock 2 with the little sisters, or most recently, far cry 3. Suddenly you have to question what is real and what is fake. What if you are earlier introduced to a friendly NPC that you travel with, and suddenly a troll attacks you - and only after it's dead do you realize it was your companion you just killed.

I'm of course just throwing out whatever I can think of here right now, but still, huge potential for a story if you ask me. A bit more interesting than another guy who happens to be able to shout just like you are, at least...

As you might have noticed, I like it when everyone in the game is playing by the same, or at least similar, rules.
