when i try 2 turn on skyrim it disepears and i cant play the game why!?!?!?!?

Have the same issue- was working fine, I closed the game to go watch a movie with the fam. Came back a couple hrs later, launched game and it "instantly" crashes between the title screen and the menu. Have tried to launch the game both with and without my mods enabled.
My 1st thought was that the cause were my overclocks causing issues with steams drm again... but no dice. Any insite to this issue would be helpful.

I know why and i know how to fix it. But if you want my help accept the friend request I sent both of you, and I'll explain how to fix it.

I refuse to post any help on the forum because I'm not going to tolerate or deal with all the clowns that come out of the woodwork and troll and just say certain things that people post for help aren't true and doing nothing but causing problems.

Without an online presence you have no cred tex3000. Member for less than a week, no mods, no recorded game time, 3 comments (including the 2 on here), similar name to someone recently banned I think too... Maybe you have a legit reason for all that, but no evidence is on display.

Sorry, but your reasoning makes no sense. In fact, this type of policy will only refrain people from helping YOU in the future.

Can you even send friend requests with an empty account like that? I remember starting up a dummy account to try and set up a dedicated server, and that it wouldn't let me send a friend request to myself.

Three days, three posts, and he claims to have some knowledge of the inner workings of the forums. And because of that, he refuses to share any help in a public setting, despite the fact that he hasn't tried to help anyone, demanding it be done in private and ranting and raving when his friend requests are invariably denied. Extremely suspicious.

Mod Manager saved my a** :) It ended up being the TerrainBump Mod on my end- had to delete completely

Hmmm, me thinks that could have been problem with my old save. Sounds like it's buggy and not my other mods at the time (which I am running mostly the same one now).

This clown didn't listen to a word that was said, and instead constantly contradicted and tried arguing with and against me and then blocked me because he didn't like what I attempted to explain. He also kept on trying to talk about things completely unrelated and simply didn't want to cooperate

He claims a script was broken, but in fact when I explained to him how the script works and what it's supposed to do, and it did exactly what it was supposed to do, he decided he didn't like that and instead of answering me how a script is broken as he claims and instead of answering me when I asked him this
"If the script did exactly what it was supposed to do, how is it broken?

And instead of answering he argues even more and then blocks me.

So to sum this up
The real issue is he didn't like how the script was set up, which I agree that the distance for spawning shouldn't be 15 feet,, so something like this wouldn't happen...But as far as this situation goes, this is not a bug, or a broken game, this is just a case of a poorly programmed script is all.

Usually I enjoy tx3000's brand of crazy. I've been following him on different forums for years. But this current trend of harassing people with friend requests and the rants when his requests are denied or ignored is troubling. Or maybe I should just relax and enjoy the show?

What do you think a bug is? It's the game doing something incorrectly, resulting the game being unable to progress properly, if at all. A poorly programmed script is, more often than not, the cause of a bug.

Also he claimed I had modded the game or used the console after I told him I play on PS3.

I did for a while too. But then we started going around in circles, and his inability to accept when he's wrong went from funny to annoying.

Although after talking to him, a lot of stuff started to make sense. He claims people were ignoring his advice or trolling him; well, at first I thought he was just making stuff up. Turns out they all had a very good reason to ignore him, and the "trolls" were his ego making up a reason for why they would disagree with him.

Yeah, in the 7 or 8 years I've followed him that's his mo. The games have changed but the rants are literally the same. Here's an example of tx trying to open a .swf file on the Nexus forums[forums.nexusmods.com]. Hilarious.

Plenty of people are offering advice, but he won't hear it. He can't open the file so it's broken. End of story. Say any different and the cat claws come out or he's being persecuted.

Yep, that's about how it went with me. Only I had no mod oversight so I could drop the f-bomb as much as I wanted.
