Trouble running skyrim
For some reason I can no longer run skyrim on ultra high quality. I am a new PC gamer and don't know much but I do know my computer can run on ultra high quality. I could when i first bought it but now I can barley turn right or left. Could someone please direct me to a way to fix this?

Have you updated your drivers?

if your problem are only to turn left or right in fast speed, it's peharp only your option they have returned to the normal, try to look in your option in game, you have a place to adjust the sensitivity of your mouse, after a patch or after making an verification of the cach, some option return to normal, and you need to put it again like you want, it's happen to with the brightness..., if it's not working, you mush say more on your computer and on the problem,

do you have other video trouble, the animal in the wilderness run normal, the people in the game walk normaly..., all the detail can help to find your problem,

do you have put mods in your game?,
do you have the texture pack?...

I am just listing some things that could possibly cause this issue.

Do you have Vista/7/8? Have you ran Microsoft Update since it played good, as the OS could have overwritten your video card drivers and caused the issue.

Have you updated your video card drivers? Did you make sure to remove the old ones first as installing over them can cause problems.

With no programs running press CTRL + ALT + Delete and start the Task Manager and look at the Performance tab and make sure your CPU is close to 0% usage when not in use and also make sure you have plenty of Memory left for the game. If CPU usage not close to 0% click on Processes tab and click CPU to sort by highest CPU usage and see what is hogging your CPU.

Have you checked your computers temps as it may be overheating. You could try coretemp[www.alcpu.com], make sure not to install the extra software though.

Have you tried starting Windows with no startup programs running to see if one is causing the issue.
press windows key + r
type: msconfig
choose selective startup
uncheck load startup items
click ok
reboot your computer
test game
if it plays good now, you have a program causing the problem and need to determine which one it is, so you can disable it to play the game.
Restore startup programs:
press windows key + r
type: msconfig
choose normal startup
uncheck load startup items
click ok
reboot your computer

Have you scanned your computer for infections?

If none of that helped you solve your problem, you would need to post more information on your computer/problem.

Operating System/CPU/RAM/Graphics Card/s or DXDIAG information
Are you experiencing any other problems?
