I have a problem with Moon path to els..whatever..

I downloaded and installed this mod, but I cant start this mod.
Because the khajiit woman who starts the quest in the falkreath inn didnt have any response...
I even tried attack her, but it also didnt work.
What should I do?

My level is 29, and I cleared main quest

Ah ♥♥♥♥. It's too bad you didn't encouter this issue a month and a bit ago. I had the same issue when I first used the mod, but I can't remember what I did to fix it.
