It's always been the same saying: Use at your own risk.
If a mod breaks your game, complain to the mod's creator, not Bethesda.
About the only official thing you can do about a rom is if it's broken and harmful, you can report it to steam and maybe get it removed from the workshop.
Also, how exactly did you expect them to fix your single player game? Develop a bug fix just for you to download?
Bethesda isnt responsible, you are being silly.
i for one loved modding back when i played oblivion and modded it to the point that the game was lost and i was only occupied by mods and saw none of the bethesda made content.
i tried modding with skyrim too and i always felt disatisfied by how the game turns out to be the feeling of " this isn't how the game is supposed to be played" feeling.
now with skyrim i don't use mods when playing anymore i like the game how it is and it is so much more fun/challenging this way! and after all we still have the DLC's
but then again you should at least be "there" ( a modded TES game that lost its originality) at least once to understand me....
