I don't have any body mods installed and there it is. I've uninstalled completley and it remains. It is really irritating.

What I would suggest is that one of the main files is corrupted. To check for that pull up the properties of the game and under local files their is verify integrity of cash. Check and see if your problem isn't there. Good Luck

You may have missed a bit. Go here:

...and check for loose files:

are you using the HD texture pack if so you have a mod installed that changes the female textures. is a known bug under some lighting and skin tones. you need to visit the face changer and change the skin tone to a slightly darker you have it too light. or get a female texture pack with neck seem fix like.

Adding a mod to your list:

This gets rid of the weird bronze glow that can make the seems look worse
