Can my PC run Skyrim without lag on low settings?
ATM I can play fallout 3 on low setting with no lag and on medium I can play with almost no lag. Overall on medium it is very tolerable... On High my crosshair is slower than I'd like.

You should be fine, when you get to the launcher tweak it a bit. Turn sky reflection on water off, that's a huge hit to systems, turn shadow quality down to what works for you and mess with the view distances a bit. I have a very basic system and I can handle it on medium with those changes

It might help to actually list your specs if you want a more accurate answer but generally speaking if you have no issues running FO3, you'll probably be able to run Skyrim.

Interesting... I have to wonder how accurate these are? It says that Guildwars 2 on Ultra will put me in the red zone, while I play GW2 on the highest graphic settinsg, and it runs smoothly.

Hmph, I was just messing around with some of the settings/graphic options in NV and it turns out I can play on ultra, with some settings turned down, and I have very little lag... The lag is in the cursor/crosshair, but I have played NV on console, and the cursor is rather meh... Slow. *shrugs
