NEVER AGAIN. Not starting another save.
F§CK OFF.
3rd f*cking save file, 70 hours played on each save.
F*cking wasted time.
EVERY DAMN TIME a bug, a glitch, or whaterver bulls*it this game has, it ruins my save file.
I'm ♥♥♥♥ing tired of this s*it.
I even bought two dlcs and I never fuc*ing got to play them because my save file got ruined before even being able to spend some time on them.
I can't stand this.
a total of 200+ hours wasted on this game is enough time to understand that it is bad and I won't play it anymore.
I don't even use ANY mods, disabled the steam cloud system too, nothing helped.
How can people reach the f*ucking high levels in this game?
Once I was able to get to level 47, then the game decided to start crashing randomly, 10 seconds into the game.
The second time everyone got mad and started chasing me and trying to kill me (like vampirism lvl 4 but I didn't have vampirism.
This last time, my lakeview house DISAPPEARED, it vanished, just gone, for no reason, with all the stuff and the time I put into it.
I get blocked by bulls*it whenever i try to make any progress in this game.

ENOUGH.

If you are here looking for an advice, don't buy this game, it's a waste of time.

I don't personally use it, but what about TES5Edit? I hear you can clean your save files with that utility.

So far i have spend about 300 Hours for one single character and reached lvl 73 just a few days ago and the bugs you talk about never occurred to me. I bought every DLC and i use a ♥♥♥♥load of Mods.

Sounds like a traditional CBW error.

I can understand your feelings given what you have experienced, I'd probably have the same attitude.

For me the game has been relatively stable, the only major problems I have experienced are ones that come from mod incompatibility.

I always make backups for my games's save files, even if they have SteamCloud.

This, it's more of a cloud error.
It happens to many games, steam cloud errors, syncing errrors.
The cloud has done more harm than good for me, I have lost a few saves for other games and just uninstalled the game and never went back to it.

Thanks man!
I'll give it a try, if I can't solve my problems with this save file, I won't play anymore.
I just hope I will be able to solve them someway...
Btw, I have the files backupped but they just don't work, this time, the game behaves as if I didn't have the hearthfire DLC, even though it's clearly activated in the mod list.

It's a poor translation of a typical humorous Swedish saying: "Crap Behind the Wheel" Meaning it's probably something you've done wrong somewhere. So a solution to the problem should be available. Have you tried the unofficial patches and using BOSS to sort your load order? Have you tried disabling all mods? Have you checked for any possible bounty?

Most ingame glitches can usualy be fixed through the console. Please note load order and most crash issues can not be solved through the console.

The current loadorder you have could help determine what the problems could stem from.

I have no mods installed, I only have the unofficial patches (skyrim, dawnguard and hearthfire).
Nothing could go wrong with that.
The load order is simple:
Skyrim
dawnguard
hearthfire
Highres textures 1, 2 and 3
unofficial skyrim patch
" dawnguard patch.
" heartfire patch

Nothing else.
So I call ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on that guy who feels superior saying "meh, probably just an idiot that made a mistake."
I just started the damn game like any other day and my lakeview house had vanished.

The patches are supposed to go before the High Res textures, going off the load order you posted.

Can't see anything wrong there, though there is a new unofficial patch you could try.

Have you used any other mods at all? There could be bits left behind.

Well my idea is save save save! look if you need more room than defrag... back-up. look the game is meant to be fun... so to me don't over analize it.
