Random CTD's and freezes ? Heres your fix.
It seems that Dragonborn cant handle ugrids set to 9 when i changed it back to 5 it ran absolutly fine no CTD at all. (7 was not tested by me)

To do that without loosing your savegame.

1. Start Skyrim and load your save.
2. Tab out and open your ´skyrim.ini (should be at "documents")
3. Find the line ugrids and set it down to 5
4. Back to the game and open the Console.
5. type "refreshini"
6. Save and enjoy Dragonborn.

Actually forget it, i remembered how dam stupid and how troll-loving this stupid community are.
I will look to the unofficial communities, the REAL skyrim community of REAL and DECENT players.
LOL, Obviously you did not read my whole post. The last line contains where the ini's are.
I just found that it goes under the general section, you must also change the uInterior Cell Buffer, uExterior Cell Buffer as well they should be proportional to the changes you make to the ugridtoload.

Also note that this information is from 2012 and these are not considered to be viable fixes anymore

But you know troll that I am. I guess I have no useful information for you.
