Problems with Skyrim - Need Help !

Hello Community !
First of all, I am a fan of the Elder Scrolls Series and I love Skyrim. But ! Afther playing a few minutes, or entering a new area Skyrim is lagging as hard as possible (<1 Frame per Second). My Computer couldn't be the Problem because I can play games like FarCry 3 and Crysis 3 on highest Resolution without any lags. Things I've done :
- Deinstall all Mods
- Install Mods who would help (NOT)
- Contact the Bethesda Support (- no answer)
- Looking in the Internet (no real help)
So my last hope is this community ^^ If you have any idea, pls post it below !

Have you tried lowering your video quality? Though, it's more likely to be related to a memory issue.

@UnkindByDesign - I use the Radeon HD 7950
@_0R10N_ - hmm, as I said, my graphiccard or my computer could not be the problem and it is the same problem when I'm starting a new game and also I've tryed to reinstall Skyrim several times

My game worked FINE last night and now it's not working at all and it's not responding >.<

I am having the same problem. I use to run Skyrim on Ultra everything with zero lag, however, after i intalled dragonborn and that other Textures update it has signifcant lag and will sometimes completely crash. I've done everything such as delete all skyrim files, all mods, and reinstall a clean, non-modded version, but even when starting a new character i still get terrible lag. Not sure what the problem is but its frustrating as hell.

And I get no error messages when it does crash, which is really strange.
