It's the new DLC, but I have no idea why it's downloading it when I have no intentions to buy it.

No it's not, the DLC was around 1gb which i already downloaded yesterday and completed most of it

The DLC is only 988Mb. I can only imagine what is going to be in this update...

HD textures for the DLC perhaps? Only thing I can think of that'd warrant such an update... Though forcing it on people is a bit much.

it's the HiResTexturePack3 from bethesda so if u had it u have a part 3 now check ur data files. It's for the new DLC kinda like what dawnguard did
