Please help

Does anyone know why it doesnt allow me to play skyrim anymore now that i have downloaded the high resolution texture pack? i load my saved game an then once i try to leave the building i am in every single time skyrim just shuts down? any helpful advice is greatly appreciated .

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM I DELETED THEM AND WORKS GOOD

It was probably a load order conflict.

The system requirements are higher for the high resolution texture pack than they are for the base game:

Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU
Memory: 4GB System RAM
Video Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM (Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon 4890 or higher)

Are you sure your system is up to par?

sounds like a loadorder problem. get BOSS and make it fix your loadorder
