Looking at how well you can spell, I'd say they would have to dumb it down some more for you.

Considering that my expectations for them increase all the time, probably. Great Games either way though

Depends soley on how the player/consumer percieves them. Me personally, I think they're going to continue making some players happy while other will just rage all over the place.

well...
looking at what they did for morrowind, oblivion and skyrim (we got less things in every new tes if compared to the previous one) the next tes, will be a total disappointment if they continue this way...
especially about the rpg side of the game...

I hate to sound like an older-is-better person, but the best Elder Scrolls I played was Morrowind. It was huge, engaging, and while the graphics and combat were both sketchy, it played well. If you haven't played it, pick up a copy. My sincere hope is that Bethesda will make a game as good as Morrowind on the current technology.

The TES games are becoming more streamlined action experiences. This ticks a lot of long-time fans off and inevitably displeases those long-time fans. So probably go for disappoint in the future. Logical really.

Look what's happened to the survival-horror genre, Dead Space 3 (no brainer) and Fear 3 with the implementation of co-op the horror just isn't there. Those are but a few examples of games from different genres converting into streamline action. The only real horror game left that hasn't been converted for all those COD fans is Amnesia (bloody good game). All single player games have to have co-op now. No idea why considering it's called single player for a reason. Because it's something you play by yourself...

I agree, I just hope in the future they do decide to continue to make us consumers more than satisfied like they have done in the past, but we'll just have to wait and see.

There's a saying "you can't win them all". Some will be pleased, others will be disappointed. They can either cater to the mainstream, an try to develop a game a lot of people can enjoy; or they can develop and overly niche game that only a small group of hardcore fans will find great, while the majority lose interest in it.

No matter what Bethesda does, it's a win/lose for them.

Almost everything in life is based on money. I'm just glad Bethesda takes a slow and steady approach rather than push for a game a year approach diluting some of my enjoyment

Personally, I have high hopes for TES6. Whether people realize it or not, Bethesda does listen, and they pay attention to popular mods. Fallout 4 may dampen that enthusiasm. We'll see.
